Annie Newman, LMFT, C-PD
Annie Newman, LMFT, C-PD is a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Santa Monica, California, with experience in providing clinical psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. She holds a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy and has extensive clinical experience in various therapeutic settings, including Creative Care, Inc. where she was the Director of Trauma Recovery Services.
Annie employs a diverse range of evidence-based treatment methods tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients. She is an EMDR trained therapist and a Certified personalty disorder treatment provider.
With a compassionate and client-centered approach, Annie is dedicated to helping her clients navigate their emotional challenges, develop healthier relationships, and achieve personal growth.
Initial Consultation
Contact me to schedule a 20 minute consultation. Here you can express your concerns in a safe space and share what brings you to therapy. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and this will give us an opportunity to ensure that we are a good fit.
Customized Plan
I will develop a personalized plan tailored to you. This may include EMDR, psychodynamic, CBT or other approaches, depending on what best suits your needs and concerns.
Our Sessions
You will find our sessions are structured and supportive, whether we’re processing trauma, navigating anxiety or strengthening self worth, each session is meant to move you closer to clarity, resilience, and empowerment.
Ongoing Evaluation
We will regularly reflect on your progress and make adjustments as needed. This ensures that your experience remains effective, responsive, and aligned with your evolving needs and goals.
